Troubleshooting

Extension doesn't appear after loading?

Make sure you selected the extracted folder (not the ZIP file) and that it contains the manifest.json file. Try refreshing the extensions page or restarting Chrome.

Can't see the Refindly icon?

Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin the Refindly extension for easy access.

Not logged in automatically?

Make sure you're logged into the Refindly web app first. The extension uses your existing session.
